Dr Ari lives in Bandung, Indonesia and graduated from Padjadjaran University for his DDS degree which he then pursued Master in Science in Orthodontics from the University of Bolton (UK). He started his career as the head of Medical Service Director position in a hospital in Bandung. Then, Dr Ari appointed as the General Director in a Maternity Hospital in Bandung, Dr Ari stared to learn Orthodontics from some world class orthodontists. He finished his residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics, and worked with Dr Derek Mahony in Sydney, Australia. Currently, he is the Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at University of Puthisastra.

Dr Ari then initiated an GP-Based orthodontic federation (IOPF) with some of his Dentists and Orthodontists friends from Asia Pacific countries, UEA and also USA. Dr Ari also one achieved his Diploma in Orthodontics from UK, attended Advanced in Clinical Orthodontics at NYU, USA and also trained as one of Insignia Doctor in Los Angeles, USA. Dr Ari was honoured as Fellow of Malaysian Orthodontic Practitioners Association. Besides doing daily practice, Dr Ari also appointed as the Program Director for Asia Pacific Countries in Diploma and Master Program of The City of London Dental School (UK) in the field of Orthodontics, Clear Aligner Therapy, and Implant Dentistry.
