Terms And Condition
All deposit are non-refundable. In any circumstances that the participants are unable to attend, please contact the organiser via [email protected]
Payment Terms: By participating in the program, the participant agrees to pay the full program fee in accordance with the payment schedule provided by the program organizer. Failure to pay the program fee on time may result in additional penalty fees.
Refund Policy: In the event that the participant withdraws from the program, the program organizer will not issue any refund.
Completion of the Program: The participant agrees to complete the program in its entirety. Failure to complete the program may result in the forfeiture of the program fee and additional penalty fees.
Termination of Participation: The program organizer reserves the right to terminate the participation of any participant who fails to comply with the program rules and regulations. In such cases, the participant may be subject to penalty fees.
Penalties: The participant acknowledges that failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the program may result in penalty fees. The specific penalty fee amount and circumstances under which it will be incurred will be 50% from the remaining fees.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding penalty fees, the program organizer and participant agree to resolve the matter through negotiation and mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation, the matter may be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
By participating in the program, the participant acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions regarding failure of payment or completion of the program, and that they agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
